BASEBALL — James Hicks had himself a day Tuesday at Hunts Park.

The Conway junior pitched a five-hit shutout and also had three hits and an RBI as the Wampus Cats shut out Northside, 11-0, in 7A-Central play.

Northside’s Max Frazier was on the hook for six unearned runs in the second inning. Will Zuerker had two of the Grizzlies’ five hits.

Cade Tuckr had two hits and three RBIs for the Wampus Cats.
