Trent Eskola joined Conway in 2025 as the Head Coach for the Girls Program after spending four seasons at Joe T. Robinson High School as the Associate Head Coach for the Boys Program and an Assistant Coach for the Girls Program. During his time with Robinson, the boys' program finished as Quarter-Finalists in 2023 and 2024, and the girls' program finished as State Runner-Ups in 2023 and Semi-Finalists in 2024. Both boys' and girls' programs won the 4A State Championship in 2025, in Eskola's final season.

Eskola has coached the past four years with the Little Rock Rangers Soccer Club in various capacities. Starting with the 2010 boys before moving to the 2007-2009 Girls teams in August 2024. In the Summer of 2025, Eskola was offered a role with the Little Rock Rangers UPSL-W Team as a Tactical Coach.

Eskola graduated from Joe T. Robinson High School in May 2019 and the University of Central Arkansas in May 2023. Eskola's playing career consisted of two All-State nominations, an All-Star nomination, and a State Record for Assists in a Single Season and Career.

Eskola currently holds a US Soccer Federation License. He resides in Conway, Arkansas, with his wife Ellie and dog Maverick.
